How it works
TheGestors is an independent directory of gestorías and tax advisors across Spain. We collect the data from public sources and show the real Google and Trustpilot ratings. We are not intermediaries, we do not handle your paperwork, and we take no commission for putting you in touch with anyone.
Three steps
1. Search by city or service
Filter by city, by service (autónomo registration, tax, payroll, NIE and immigration) or by gestorías that work 100% online anywhere in Spain.
2. Compare real ratings
Every listing shows its rating and review count from Google or Trustpilot. We rank so that a business with 300 reviews counts for more than one with 3.
3. Contact them directly
You call or write to the gestoría yourself, using their phone, WhatsApp or website. Nobody sits in the middle and we take no cut of what you pay.
What a gestoría actually does
If you have just moved to Spain or are starting out on your own, a gestoría is the office that deals with the administration paperwork on your behalf.
- Paperwork with the Agencia Tributaria (tax office) and the Seguridad Social.
- Registering as autónomo (self employed), changing your activity and deregistering.
- Quarterly filings (VAT, income tax) and annual returns.
- Payroll, contracts and registering or removing employees.
- NIE, residency and immigration paperwork, where they offer it.
Full gestoría or invoicing tool
An invoicing tool is software: it issues invoices, tracks expenses and shows you what you have billed. You do the work yourself.
A gestoría is an office with people in it: they file your taxes, answer your questions and deal with the administration when something goes wrong.
How we make money
We do not charge gestorías to be listed and there is no way to pay for a higher position. We also take no cut of anything you hire. The order depends only on ratings and review counts.
