  Is Carlos a real person or just a ghost? Wouldn’t know because he NEVER communicates with homeowners. He is never available to talk to (most recent reasons being family emergencies, doctor appointments, etc) and will never respond to an email. Got a problem in your piso? He won’t solve it. In fact, he truly does not care about taking care of the community. He is only concerned about getting paid. What a fraud of a “service” the community pays for. Years waiting for simple fixes that will never be resolved, not to mention the bigger ones. Literally, I have never encountered anyone or any business as poorly run. I am convinced that he has other “business” with someone in the building because it is hard to imagine why anyone would continue keeping his non existent services. Ongoing problems will be left open for months, years, but when it comes to making decisions about the community that will pad his wallet too, those decisions will happen without a junta or the community input. Legal action MUST be taken against this administration.
