  Louis is engaging and very knowledgeable about both Spanish and US (and presumably UK) tax systems-- helping those who, like us, were looking to optimize our situation in order to mitigate taxes as much as possible whilst remaining compliant. He has devised a good system to allow consultations with the expert (Louis) while keeping fees affordable, by having us work with others for routine matters. My designated contact, Lina, has also been extremely responsive and even helped resolve a fee incorrectly levied by the social security administration. The one negative is there is sometimes a week or two lead time to get a meeting with Louis, however, in my experience he almost always emails me in a timely manner if needed and has even slid me in for an urgent live consult when there was a cancellation. Would recommend.

  Unfortunately I have to amend my 2.5 years old positive review. I'm not sure if something has changed during this time, or the 1st time I was extraordinary lucky here, but they (namely Louis) indeed provided valuable input and did help me back then. Nothing remotely similar today. Everything I was told during the free consultation turned out to be untrue. Each email demands requires several reminders to get an answer. Paid consultation is quite useless as well. While they promised to send some follow-up links after the paid consultation, this never happened despite numerous reminders. In general, today's personnel look uninterested, not owning the area, lacking the necessary knowledge and expertise to do any advice.
