  We cannot recommend NOVA Barcelona highly enough. They helped us relocate to Barcelona from the US and Guatemala, making a genuinely daunting process feel entirely manageable. We came to them with tough constraints: we were searching in July (peak competitive season) and moving with two pets, including a PPP breed, which severely limited our options. NOVA took it all in stride. They surfaced listings we never would have found on our own and gave us honest feedback on the ones we brought to them. Once we found what we wanted, they moved fast. In a market where apartments disappear in hours, they scheduled showings immediately, helped us submit a competitive offer, and secured our apartment, all within two weeks. Beyond the logistics, their guidance was invaluable. They ensured we secured a proper long-term rental for our padrón, expertly navigated cross-time-zone communication, and even collected our keys before we arrived.
