  Alayn was a huge help when I first moved to Donostia. I didn’t speak Spanish at the time, so being able to communicate with him in English made everything much easier. He helped me with all kinds of paperwork and administrative matters, including my taxes, buying my car, and later selling it. He always explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure nothing was missed. What I appreciated most was how reliable and helpful he was. Whenever I needed something, he was quick to respond and always found a solution. He made complicated processes feel simple and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.
